Role of Training and Placement Cell

A special placement cell is working under guidance of placement officer Dr. Mrs K.A. Nandedkar & Dr. M.N. Cherekar. The students are exposed to various training programs like aptitude and personality development. Job opportunities to the students are made available by organizing campus interviews. Training and placement: -The placement activity is being handled by an independent officer on special duty. We coordinate the placement activities of the institute and also acts as liaison between the organization and the students to enable both to match each others requirements. They are supported by student's coordinators. Activities for placement includes the correspondence with the prospective employers with letters, e-mail and phone calls, arranging pre-placement talks, personal campus interviews and providing other facilities that may be required by the visiting organization. Efforts are also being made to organize courses for enhancing interview skills of students. At time, when industry has shown reluctance to come the campus for logistic reasons, interviews are also been organized at efforts are made to give students a chance to appear for interviews with multiple loading companies. MGM's Nanded believes in imbuing skills along with values in its students. With our research oriented curriculum. The students develop an attitude of continues learning. This leads the information empowered managers capable of dealing with almost all the emerging issues of industry.
